Wholesale and retail orders may qualify to receive damaged goods replacement if said damages are reported same day as delivery confirmation. For replacement of broken or damaged product please email sales@naturalmedicalsupply. Please include order number, customer name, shipping address and tracking number for damaged goods received.
We ship to all U.S. domiciles. We do not ship internationally. Most orders ship same day. Tracking info will be provided. FedEx orders will ship following business day if placed after 5:30 EST. Orders on Saturday and Sunday ship the following business day. For Saturday FedEx Delivery one must place order over phone.
